But what exactly is Corned Beef? Beefiness with corns?

With Venting Knob in Venting Position, shut the hat, and then plough Venting Knob to Sealing Position. Pressure cook at High Force per unit area for 2 – 3 minutes + Quick Release. Open the hat carefully.

Cut & Serve: On a chopping lath, cut Corned Beef against the grain into ⅛ inch slices. Serve with cabbage wedges, crimson potatoes and carrots. Enjoy~ 🙂
