David Gage is known for his branching storylines in his narrative-driven games. Most gamers will recognize games like Heavy Rain,Beyond Two Souls, and his newest game Detroit Become Human. Many people have avid hate for these games while others have undying passion.

No matter your side, most gamers can agree that these games are perfect ammunition for memes. Your character can do stupid things in the serious world and the dialogue/dialogue delivery can be ridiculously awkward. Detriot Become Human, the game about mistreated androids, is no exception.

10 Save The Fish At All Costs

Connor, the android sent by Cyberlife, is tasked with saving a deviant android who took a little girl hostage. The android has a gun pulled on the girl while standing on the edge of a building, threatening to jump.

Connor has more important matters to attend to. A poor fish fell out of its aquarium. Your first important choice: save the fish or let it die a miserable death. At least, if you fail to save the little girl, you will always know the fish is safe. Thanks, Connor.

9 He's Just Trying To Fit In

One of the funniest scenes of Detroit Become Human is when Connor, the android sent by Cyberlife, tries to connect with his partner Hank, played by Mr. Krabs himself. Connor is a cute little android that wants a friend.

Too bad he is extremely awkward, which is captured perfectly in this meme by Mayonaka Gekko. He desperately tries to connect with Hank after spying on him. When everything else fails, Connor simply says "I like dogs." This one line embodies why Connor is the standout android of the bunch.

8 This Is What We All Wanted

Detroit Become Humanclosely follows the relationship between Connor, the android sent by Cyberlife, and detective Hank Anderson. At first, Anderson hates Connor but if you play your cards right then the two will grow an impeccable bond.

This is one of the sweetest relationships in the game for its genuine portrayal of human/android friendship. It's also one of the better-written subplots the game has to offer. Even though the meme never happens, it does portray the hopes of most Detroit Become Human players.

7 Connor Has A Strange Obsession

One of Connor's favorite pastimes is licking blood at crime scenes. Sure, the android sent by Cyberlife does this to analyze the blood, but it's still creepy. His partner, Hank, sure does think so. He aggressively shows his disgust every time Connor undergoes this weird behavior.

These interactions are exactly what makes Connor and Hank the perfect duo. The worst part is Connor's nonchalant attitude and his expressionless face while android blood permeates his taste buds. Maybe we should give him a break; he doesn't know any better.

6 He's Trying His Best

Sometimes the best way to get enjoyment out of David Cage games is to miss the quick-time events. This is especially funny during chase scenes where the character scrambles about and trips on everything.

One scene in Detroit Become Human has Connor checking in on Anderson. The door is locked and Anderson is not answering so Connor has to find an alternative entrance. His clumsy entrance does not match his skilled programming, which makes the scene even funnier.

5 Connor's The Best

You may be wondering why all these memes focus on Connor, the android sent by Cyberlife, when there are two other main characters and several side characters. Markus' determination is admirable and Kara's loving nature is beyond reproach.

Nothing can match up to the awkward, attractive dork that is Connor. Side characters like Luther and Alice are great but none of them are as quirky as Connor. His actions, personality, delivery, and facial expressions are simply meme-worthy.

4 That's Not How It Works

The main thrust of Detroit Become Human is about androids becoming deviant, or breaking away from the control of their masters. Every character has the opportunity to become deviant. It can be at different times and for different reasons depending on character choice.

Markus is one of the first characters to become deviant when he protects his master from his angry son. Carl's wise words actually encourage Markus' actions after he becomes deviant. Carl tells him to be who he thinks he is and not what anyone says he is. Ironically, Markus' form of deviance is following his master.

3 This Shouldn't Be Possible

Markus' owner is a rich artist that lives in a fancy mansion. It makes sense for him to buy an android to act as his nurse. In the opposite situation, Tod Williams buys numerous androids to clean up his cheap, little house.

A basic android model starts at $2999. The problem is that Williams has bought multiple androids. It's never revealed how this man can buy expensive androids but he shouldn't be able too. It's all rather sad because he uses androids to show the love for his daughter that he should have.

2 One Track Mind

When Markus joins up with the group of deviants called Jericho, he is introduced to two new androids. Sadly, these characters work as shouldered angel and devil characters. Josh is on the peaceful side of the android revolution while North wants the violent approach.

North gets annoying quickly for her one-track mind and a weird obsession with violent solutions. There's also a strangely written relationship between Markus and North. Basically, if Markus takes the violent path she grows more attracted to him.

1 Connor, The Android Sent By Cyberlife

Did you know that Connor is the android sent by Cyberlife? Every time our favorite android introduces himself he says these exact same lines.

It's even funnier when Connor dies and comes back to life- reintroducing himself to the same people for a second time. It's just another thing that makes Connor so lovable. We can't wait for David Cage's next game. It's sure to have strong internet feedback no matter how good or how bad the game turns out to be.
